IMO C

A) "it" is ambiguous because "it" can refer to either "The intrusion" or "the modern Olympics".
B) "it" is ambiguous because "it" can refer to either "The intrusion" or "the modern Olympics".
C) has created, and will continue to create (indicate proper transition in tense) keeping "The intrusion" as common subject.
D) past participle for "has" should be created. We cannot share "create" with both present perfect and future tense.
E) "will no doubt continue" ambiguous !! what will continue??
