Eliminate A because its the wrong comparison. Eyes and a mammal

Eliminate C & D as I think it should be those of a mammal not that of since it refers to eyes which is plural.

Eliminate E because the eyes are different from, not different than

That leaves B. Eyes are very different from a mammal's (eyes). Correct
