Q:1 A decimal that doesn't keep going is a terminating decimal. For example 0.55, 1.75, 33.565 are terminating decimals. If x and y are two positive integers, does the ratio of x/y is a terminating decimal?
A: 0<x<100.
b: y is an even prime number.
Q:2 r and s are two non-negative integers. r/s is a terminating decimal?
A: r=100
B: 1<s<5
