Hi,

I have been preparing from the OG 11th Edition (Orange book combing both Q and V) and worked somewhat Kaplan 800.

Now I want to have some more practise and idea and I am having a difficulty choosing between Princeton Review and the other 2 official guides (the green and the pruple ones).

So I have 3 questions:
1) Should I go for Princetion or the OGs
2) Are the questions in the separtes OGs different from the combined 1 OG (11th ed) ? Or is it just broken into 2 parts
3) I have 2 weeks left. Does it make sense to actually go for another book at this point in time. I am also doing a job, so I have around 60 hours left before the exam.

Thanks for the help.

Regards,

The green and purple OG have completely different questions than the orange OG.

How are you on your GMAT-specific math and verbal strategies/rules? If you need to go over those, I'd recommend getting a book from a test prep company (e.g., the Princeton Review book you mentioned should be fine).

If you just need more practice problems, I'd get the green and/or purple OG.

Good luck!

i have the princeton review and the OG11 and the green quant. I'd say go for the OG green and purple. The princeton review is more about teaching you tricks rather than concepts. Plus, i found the green quant to be more along the lines of the GMATprep, which everyone says is the most like the real thing

Thanks.

I have ordered the 2 OGs from amazon and hopefully should be in my postbox in 2 days.

Actually, they don't.

FYI, from mba.com: (Some questions in the GMATPrep® review sections may be duplicated in the Guide and the Verbal and Quantitative Supplements.)

Nonetheless, more practice always helps. Good luck to you wilderness.

I think "PowerPrep" here is referring to the software downloadable from the mba.com website, not to the book.

Thanks for the wishes.
