THE QUESTION PROMPT RELATES TWO DIFFERENT THINGS
"NUMBER OF K..ENROLLED IN COLLEGE.."
WITH
"NUMBER OF K..ENTERING JOB MARKET..."
ONLY E GIVES A REASON WHY "PREMISE TERM" CANNOT LEAD TO "CONCLUSION TERM". THUS, WEAKENS THE ARGUMENT.

Option B is correct because it states that the Krovonians who have enrolled in college are taking their own sweet time to complete.

so college three year degree is now completed some where around 7 years.

Resulting in no sudden increase in the number of Krovonians with degree compared to last few years.
