Aspiring and Hoping to Prep Better I postponed my exam

One week before myexam, today I decided to postpone the exam rather giving it a try. Primary reason here was I had a target in mind, that I should get a particular score in my practice preps before this day and unfortunately I could not.
I am hoping to regroup my strategies and start again so that I can nail it this time.

The most disturbing (thats how I would call it) observation I made was about 1.5 months back, I realised I really was beat up on Verbal, so went for a heavy artillary prep on Verbal, until just about a week before to realise that I lost my wiz on DS (luckily my math was still good) but my decision making skills on sufficiency had reduced.
I still scored above 40 but it was lesser than what I used to. Verbal improved from the late 20s to the 32s.

I would like to ask the experts on this forum. At any given time I know my DS is better than my Verbal, but losing touch one topic is making me lose my tricks on the other. I see taht within Verbal topics as well.
Is there one good way to carry along the prep tricks of all sections without losing touch and strengthening my weak areas at the same time?

I have set myself another 60 days.

Any help is appreciated.
