You can use is aggravating in a sentence "she is aggravating the man."

Your sentence, though, I would write your sentence like this:

She is continuing to aggravate the situation. This construction is a little clearer.

hmm... according to manhattangmat agrravating=irritating .. and agravate : worsen. .. doesnt fit. pls explain.
