Please could somebody tell me how difficult it is to get a TOEFL iBT score of 100? I am from an Asian country.

As a matter of fact I have been a member of this forum for sometime now. This is my most favourite forum as it has helped me to reach my target GMAT score. As TOEFL is a natural progression after GMAT, I thought I would ask the already successful candidates regarding TOEFL.
