Hmm, from 96 percentile to 51... Really?

To be honest, the GMATPREP Exam 2 score of 720 was with skipping the two essay sections, and I managed to finish both Quant and Verbal sections with one second to go (rushing the last 1 or 2 questions slightly).

Test day, I very much misused time in Quant and had around 8 questions to go with one minute left (yeah), guessed on 2-3 questions and the remaining 5-6 were left unanswered. Verbal had to guess on the last 4-5 questions since time was running out as well.

Other than the periods of running out of time at the end, I was pretty relaxed (too relaxed it seems) and confident. Any suggestions? My schools are letting me retake it if I am not accepted with my current scores, and thinking of setting the date for 2.5 weeks from now.

I prepped with the Non-advanced section of Manhattan's Quant (Math only; Books 1-5 of 8, 4th edition), and didn't do anything for verbal. Figured with my gmatprep exam score of 44V I didnt need it and only read half the gmatprep flash cards (verbal section).

I plan to finish the Advanced sections of the Man. Quant to supplement what I already did. Instead of rereading each section I wrote the necessary and important parts, questions, practice/difficult examples down for each non-advanced section, and will do the same thing with the advanced. After this, I will do the same for Verbal, but it seems I keep hearing the OG guide is the best for this, outside of Man. SC?

Any advice, input? I'd very much appreciate it. Thank you!
