Scored 400, Q-24 and V-21.Please help!!

I scored 400, Q-24 and V-21. I need to score 650.

I took Kaplan and it did not help. I am thinking of getting the Manhattan GMAT books.

Please help!!!!

Practise a lot questions, for sentence correction it will help to learn the basic gramm rules again
