I am trying to send PM to vidabella417 (Kaplan Representative).

Every time i try to send PM it goes into the outbox. I even tried sending a PM to u and that msg too was not delivered.

Can u pls help me out.

The PM system is working fine.
You dont have to worry.
When you send a PM to anybody it stays in your OUTBOX till the receiver signs in & checks it. That doesn't mean that it failed to reach. Dont worry. it should be fine. :)

I liked this system because it tells you whether the message you sent at the other end is read or not. ;)
