MGMAT vs. Total Math (Suggestions Needed!)

I will be starting my math prep soon, should I be starting either with the MGMAT guides or starting with Jeff Sackman's Total GMAT Math? I would like to start with the basics and then build on those fundamentals. Any feedback from those who have used these materials would be great!
