Please evaluate my profile

Hi,

Can you please evaluate my chances getting into the following schools' MBA starting in 2010?
-Cornell
-NYU
-U of Southern California

GMAT: 680, 48Q 35V.
Undergrad: 3.4GPA from Rutgers
Work Exp.: 3.5 yrs at a Hedge Fund working in mid/back office
Extra Curricular: active board member of a NJ Cultural Heritage organization, we provide funding for schools in tri-state areas. MC for our event.

Fluent in mandarin and cantonese

It sounds to me like you are on the low side of possible for those execpt for USC at which I think you have a decent shot.

The GPA and GMAT aren't great but the hedge fund experience is very good. Your challenge is going to be that you are being weighed against finance people who tend to do well on the quant section of the GMAT which drives a high score. So...I think you're a possibility but I would consider all but USC a "reach."

I am planning to retake GMAT, given my portfolio, what would be an optimal score for Cornell/NYU?

And could you please evaluate my chance to Ceibs?
