Issue with sending Personal mails

Hi Folks,

I am facing an issue with personal message, It says the message has been sent, but it doesn't show in my sent folder

if someone could assist as the mail kind of important!

This threw me at first also.
The sent message remains in your Outbox until the recipient actually opens the message. Then it moves to the Sent folder.
However, this does not necessarily mean that the recipient has not read your message, since people do receive an email when a message appears in their inbox, and this message can be read in the body of the email.
