hi, pl. explain the structure of this sentence

hi,

I came across a sentence .

Please explain the structure in terms of use of ";" , "," etc.

I fail to comprehend what exactly does the sentence mean. Need your comments buds.

:-I listen to earth, wind & fire; Wow, Owls; and Blood , Sweat & Tears.

When you're listing items that include conjunctions or punctuation within the items-- like here, with all of these band names, which contain commas and conjunctions in the form of an "&"-- you use a semicolon to join the elements in the list, rather than more commas, which would be confusing.

So this is a list of three bands to which the writer listens:
"earth, wind & fire"
"Wow, Owls"
"Blood, Sweat & Tears"
