Was 70 the arithmetic mean of the class test?

a) On the test half the class grades are below 70, and half above 70

b) The lowest grade in the class was 45 and the highest 95.
Its better to burn out than to fade away

I'm assuming the answer is E

If half the class scored 0 and the other half scored 100 the mean would be 50, so there is not enough info for it to be A. B doesn't tell you anything except for the range.
