A. 20
B. 50
C. 100
D. 200
E. 400

Ans-200
Shibsriz,
|x/2| + |y/2| =5 this equation forms a region.

They have asked for Maximum Region
So Take Y = 0
you get X = 10, -10

So points are (10,0) and (-10,0)

No take X = 0
You get Y = 10, -10
So points are (0,10) and (0,-10)

mark all the points in the Co-ordinate plane, you get a square.

In X axis you get two points (10,0) and (-10,0)
In Y axis you get two points (0,10) and (0,-10)

Find the length of any one side
(10,0) and (0,10) =>>10sqrt(2)

So, Area is side*side = 10sqrt(2)*10sqrt(2) = 200.

Hope it helps you.
