x-y>10 is x-y > x+y ?

1 : 8-y > 10 so y < -2 since y is less than 0 x-y is always greater than 0 for all values of x

2: Similarly this is also sufficient so

IMO answer is D

x-y > 10, Asked if x-y > x + y or 2y<0 or y<0 ?

1 : x = 8 => 8-y >10 => -y> 2 => y< -2 ,Suff
2 : y = -20 ,y<0 , so suff

Hi all, new member here. Just want to point out the following: I read the question stem and translated the inequality x-y > x+y to -y > y , or in words "y is negative". Kind of makes it simpler and more concrete. After that point the answer is painfully obvious.
