Same size, same color - 4 colors and 2 sizes = 8 combinations.

three colors - same size = 4 color combinations * 2 sizes = 8 combinations

total = 16

If we respresent colors by a, b, c, d.
we have following possiblities
case 1
For small size
case 1.1
same color
a, a, a
b, b, b
c, c, c
d, d, d

case 1.2
3 different colors:
a, b, c
a, b, d
a, c, d
b, c, d
All for all
so 8 combination

case 2
same as 1
For large one=8

so 8+8=16
