Hi,
I have 4 years of exp in banking and finacial sector as a IT business analyst. My goal is to do an MBA so that i can enter the front office as an inevst banker.
My question is that i am bit confused with the 1 year and 2 year MBA programmes. From my knowledge 1 year courses are good for people who are not doing any carrer shift. Is it true? does that mean people like me who are looking for a carrer shift they should do a 2 year programme so that they get intern exp.

do let me know your thoughts,
Thanks,
Prasant.

I agree with your assumption. Internships are very important for career changers.
Best,
Linda

Many top employers prefer two year programs because of the depth of the curriculum as well as the internship experience.
