IMO, [spoiler]A & C [/spoiler]are plausible. Although the stimulus doesnt give info about numbers, we can compute the ratio between dieticiens and therapists, which is 1:5. Can we not conclude that A can be inferred?

Answer should be C, I don't think A can be completely agreed upon.

Guys can anyone give a decent reason why C is not right.
