Hi, guys
I'm getting inundated with requests these days. I'm not ignoring you; there are just a lot of others in the queue ahead of you already. The current wait-time is running about 7 days.
If you have a time sensitive issue, please make sure to email multiple instructors / experts; this will increase the chance that you get a quick reply from at least one.
If you have a time sensitive issue and you are a ManhattanGMAT student, please contact the office (800.576.GMAT or [email protected]) and ask how you can get some quick help. (This will be for things that are relatively bounded in scope. If you are taking the test in 3 days and need major strategic advice, want help with an entire question type, or want to get a much higher score than what you've been getting on your practice tests - the answer at that point is: go with what you've got and lower your goal score, or postpone your test.)
If you know others who are waiting for a response from me, please spread the word! I will get back to every single one of you eventually... but it may take me a while.
