Q: how to improve chemical sprays usefulness??
A) Chemically stable sprays will also have the same side effects..
C) That will create more troubles
d) spraying portion or full house is irrelevant
E) if insects are resistant to chemical sprays, how will we get rid of them??
B) As last line mentions that insects which remain are resistant to particular spray, changing spray means they can be killed. (As they won't be resistant to new spray)
IMO B

Cans is exactly right.

Choice B does not address the spiders, but it does seem logical that alternating sprays as opposed to using the same spray all the time, would kill the insects instead of allowing them to build up resistance to the one spray that is used.

It will be better if you could post it after blurring out the answer choices

I agree... There is a wonderful option of using spoiler to hide the answer. This will give people the opportunity to try the question first.

Hi David, How's it going? What are you suggesting when you say that Choice B does not address the spiders? Cheers, artistocrat
