Why couldn't C be the answer to the question "Uranium from sea water". Please see attachment. I had to use an attacment because it is a screen shot from the GMAT Powerprep test.

The evidence in C is acknowledged in the argument "until the cost...can be reduced", so it's not really that useful in evaluating. The evidence in A is a factor that would force the hand of the uranium miners -- if the uranium on land runs out, it will have to be mined from seawater regardless of cost or technological advancements.
