HI the Bold face says that the oxygenrich water would not be useful since
the blood already has got sufficient oxygen.
So we have to fing something that in same way will resemble same argument
so C clearly says that the oxygen is sent by lungs so oXygenrich water would not help
to increase the oxygen..
Expert please help if i'm wrong
