IMO E

A) Its advantageous because this will save company some cash.
B) Saves commute time so clearly advantageous.
C) Its good for employees to enjoy Personal independence, but nowhere in the argument it indicates disadvantage to virtual plan.
D) Indicates advantage.
E) Facial expression is important to gauge new ideas. So, lack of face-to -face conversation indicates disadvantage.
