Option C looks good.
Innovation is only happening for bicycles meant for competitive racings. Innovation happens if market supports it i.e. there are consumers that want innovation and willing to pay for it.
Bicycle racers are the only ones willing to pay for innovation but if they want innovation only for competitive racings then innovation in bicyles not meant for competitive racings will not happen.
