IF 2-x(1/x +2)=19-x,then x=?
(A) -3 (B) 3 (C) 4 (D) 5 (E) 9
the answer sheet contained a printing error so i dont know the answer for sure.could it by any chance be (e)?
Okay so here is my querie:
Are we suppose to multiply (1/x+2) by only x or by 2-x?I assumed that because of an absence of bracket the term is to be multiplied by only x and hence the answer is (b).Please shed some light.
