No. It's just fine. You have calculated the price on Day-3 as a percentage of the price on Day-0 instead of Day-1. So, the first statement in the question really doesn't have any influence on the answer.

Ur ans was 64.8
The price on day 1 was 90
So as a ratio of day 1 price the new price is = 64.8*100/90 = 72%.

Sale Price: 100$(Assume)
Day 1 - 10% Discount - MSP - 90
Day 2 - 10% Discount - MSP - 81 (90%*$ 90)
Day 3 - 20% Discount - MSP - 64.8

Thus price % - Day 3/Day 1= 64.8/90 = 72%

I suggest you keep the question so that people who commit silly mistake like you did can have a look at it and be better equipped. If possible just change the subject. There is no point in deleting threads once the original poster is clear about it. There are definitely threads containing questions simpler than this.
