Four horses are tethered at 4 corners

A very simple question. Just wanted to confirm the answer.

Four horses are tethered at 4 corners of a square field of side 70 ft so that they just cannot reach one another. The area left ungrazed by the horses is:
A. 1050 sq.ft
B. 3850 sq. ft
C. 950 sq. ft
D. 1075 sq.ft
E. 1200 sq. ft

Area of sq - Area of circle with radius 35

70 x 70 - pi x 35 x 35 ~ 1054 (assuming pi = 3.14)

that gives us ans A

Funny answer

Even I got 1050, but the answer given from where I saw was 1075. Was pretty sure it was wrong.
