Is the following sentence correct?

I will have higher bills than last year.

Thanks in Advance.
Comparing higher bills to 'last year' is illogical.

Correct Sentence

I will have bills that are higher than those last year
Success = Max(Hardwork) + Min(Luck)

This is wrong!

It should be
" This year, i will have bills higher than those of last year"
or
" Bills this year will be higher than those of last year"

Please correct me if am wrong!

Thanks Guys!
This is the mistake I found in the manhattan SC guide material: Though the concept they explain is right but ultimately they printed the wrong example:- (Excerpt below)

The sentence implies the comparison than now. On the GMAT, however, you must make
that comparison explicit, using the word than.
Wrong: I will have HIGHER bills OVER last year.
Right: I will have HIGHER bills THAN last year.
Always use than with a comparative form.

Experts??? I firmly believe that it is wrong. Could you please explain?

How is this statement right?

I will have HIGHER bills THAN last year.

Here bills are compared with year.

Hi GK, Could you please explain what is wrong here ?

"I will have bills higher than the bills of last year" can be written after removing redundant bills as " I will have bills higher than those of last year"

Yes, it seem to be/seems fine for me! But need confirmation from some experts.
