IMO B

For examples we use "Such As" and When more than 2 people are concerned we choose "Among".

Still in the "and also accountability" the usage of "also" is wrong I believe.

OA C

OE: While "between" is explicitly used for two people or things and "among" for more than two, "between" can be used when expressing multiple similar one-to-one relationships, as in "the water ran between my toes."

'and also' in B is wordy and lacks parallelism.

Can any experts comment on the usage of between in option C?

oh dear.
what an awful question.

--

first, whoever wrote this question needs to actually open up the OG and look at how questions are written.

in the official problems, the underline ALWAYS starts at the first difference between the choices, and ALWAYS ends at the last difference. there are no exceptions to this convention, ever, anytime.
so, the underline should start at "like/such as" and should end at "between/among".
this actually confused me to the point where i had to look through the choices 3-4 times to make sure there weren't errors that were escaping my eyes.

--

second, yeah, "between" definitely isn't justified -- if you're forced to pick between "between" and "among" here, then "among" is definitely the winner.
however, neither of them really makes sense; accountability isn't a reciprocal relationship, so neither "between" nor "among" is really appropriate.
the common idioms for accountability are:
X is accountable for Y (if Y is something that is X's responsibility)
X is accountable to Y (if Y is someone to whom X has some sort of duty or debt)

i can't really think of any situations in which "accountability among" or "accountability between" would make any sense.

ugh. so ... basically, all the choices are wrong. the answer is choice (f) (:
