absolute phrase may or may not refer to a specific noun in the main clause. apart from adverbial relation with the main clause, every words in the absolute phrase has not grammartical relation with the main clause.
by contrast, prepotional phrase must refer to a specific noun in the main clause and so has grammatical relation with some words in the main clause while it is adverbial of the main clause.
both phrase are adverbial , of course.
pls, confirm, comment.

As per my knowledge who, whose, which, where modifies the noun preceding it.
In option E whose is modifying its preceding noun world. So whose is modifying wrong word. Shopping for a Better World this whole word needs to modify instead of modifying only the word world.
Please explain me am I wrong in my concept. If yes then please clear my concept so that I can use that concept in near future.
Thanks a lot !!
