I am curious if I have a decent shot at getting admitted to Evening Part-Time Programs - UC Berkeley or UCLA?

I have 5 years work experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers
GMAT: Unfortunately only a 640
GPA : 3.3 at UC San Diego

I have 2 good recommendations from my current supervisors.

Should I wait another year, possibly get a higher score on my GMAT or do I have a decent shot?
