x^2 - 2 x + 1 ≤ 0
(x-1)(x-1)<=0

x^2 - 2 x + 1<=0
(x-1)^2<=0 (since its square (x-1)^2 will always be >=0)

so x-1=0
x=1
so only one solution
answer =c
