which one is correct.

Hi Experts,

1) A plan conquering the world is in his files.

2) A plan that will conquer the world is in his files.

3) A plan to conquer the world is in his files.

Please advise which one is correct among above 3 sentences and why?

Please explain the reasons to select one.

1 and 2 both suggest that the plan will conquer the world. This is not accurate.

Reading 3, the meaning is a plan that has a purpose of conquering the world....
