Anyone taken Manhatan One day Worskshops?

I am curious if anyone can give me feedback for Manhattan Workshops?
Specifically the Advanced DS? But I am curious to hear about any of the Advanced 750 classes.
I scored a 660 twice---35v,45q then 39q,40v--pretty crazy
I need a boost in DS and CR.

Taking it again in three weeks?
