10% Discounts - can they be claimed outside of the US?

Has anyone had any luck claiming a Beat the GMAT discount outside of the US? I’ve spoken to Kaplan in the UK about the negotiated discount and they knew nothing about it. Unfortunately, references to the discounts do not stipulate whether it is a US agreement only. Can any administrators shed some light on the issue?

The discount should apply to all GMAT course offerings--have you tried to make a purchase online using the discount code?
