Since point (a,b) is in the line K, then it follows its equation, making b = 3a -2. Point (b,a) will be on line K, having a = m*b + n as equation (like all lines). You may notice that all you have to do is find out m and n by using the first equation:
b = 3a - 2
b + 2 = 3a
1/3*b +2/3 = a, which in turn gives you your answer.
