10 different positive integers are in the set S. How many of the integers are multiple of 3?

1) The integers in the set S are consecutive
2) If the each integer in S is divided by 3, the sum of all of the remainders is 9.

1) could start with any number... if it starts with a multiple of 3 then there are 4, otherwise there are 3 INSUFFICIENT
2) could be any combination. 9 numbers with a remainder of 1 and 1 with a remainder of 0, or 7 with a remainder of 1 and 1 with a remainder of 2 and 2 with a remainder of 0. INSUFFICIENT

Together there is only 1 consecutive string that produces a sum of remainders of 9 and it is a string that starts with a multiple of 3.
