4^2 = 16
4^3 = 64
..
Hence when w is odd positve, units digit is 4
when w is even positive, units digit is 6
When w is negative, units digit is always 0.
Hence pick C.

Combining both:
W>0 and W is even.
So units digit should always be 6.
Am I missing something?
