for this expression be (+) two cases are possible:
m>0, p-1>0. p>1
or
m<0, p-1<0, p<1

(1) st gives us that both p,m positive but we don`t know if p>1 ( it could be 0<p<1)
(2) st gives us that p<1, but no info about m

both
p<1, and m>0
so the answer is no and C
