4 ^ 18 = 2^36

next

2(10^35) = 5^m * 2^36

2(10^35) = 5^m * 2^35 * 2

2(10^35) = 2((5^m)*(2^35)

so 5^m * 2 ^ 35 = 10^35

10^35 also equals (2*5)^35 = 2^35 * 5^35

so m = 35
