Answer is C.

Let Angle RSQ=Y, THEN Angle RQS=Y too By Stmt I
Similarly, Let Angle TSU=Z, thrn Angle TUS = Z too by Stmt II
Angle SUP=180-Z
Angle SQP=180-Y

Now sum of angles of quadrilateral PQSU is 360 degrees.
So, X + 180-Y+180-Z+90 = 360
Thus Y+Z = X+90

Also X+Y+Z =180
so, X+X+90 =180
or 2X =90
or X =45

Hence, C

agree with anshulseth and the answer ic C, same approach..
In some DS questions u need to solve the entire question to the get the correct answer.
