5^21x4^11= 2x10^n
answer:21
this is from the Gmac practice test
5²¹ * 4¹¹ = 2 * 10^n
5²¹ * 4¹¹ = 2 * 2^n *
5^n.
Since the lefthand side has 5²¹, so must the righthand side.
Thus, n=21.
