Any suggestions on what exactly happens in Pre Assessment at Exec MBA at Cornell. Does Cornell take interview in the pre-assessment ?

I plan to submit my resume by end of this week.

I am a typical Indian IT guy who has 12 yrs of career progression, currently working as Architect for a bank in New York.
