15% of 1 = 0.15

0.15 is 1% of 15 (0.15*100 = 15) D

15 * (x/100) = 1 * (15/100)
x should be 1.

The "trick" is in interpreting the question. The calculation is pretty straight forward

What percent of some number is some other number is interpreted as

x/100*(some number) = some other number

here some number is 15, "is" represents equal to. The other number is also 15% of 1
x/100*15 = 15/100 or x=1

I found 1 and marked E :) Answer choices were in a line, got confused with which option was 1
