Are you referring to the Present Simple tense forms?
Please, specify which tense do you have problems with.
In the Present Simple third person singular form is special.
infinitive (unconjugated verb) - go, walk
3rd person singular - GOES, WALKS
plural - GO, WALK
As you can see the singular takes -s or -es ending.
The plural form is the same as the unconjugated verb.
