GMAT Prep+Request

In the xy plane, line k passes through the point (1,1) and line m passes through the point (1,-1).Are line k and m perpendicular to each other??

(1) Line k and m intersect at the point (1,-1)

(2) Line k intersects the x-axis at the point (1,0)

Guys I really suck in geometry and number line problems.I have the GMAT exam on 20th of this month. Can anybody tell me about the basics of geometry and number line probs and also probability which I should remember during the exam?? I can seriously improve my score if I can get a hold of these sums.Your help will be really appreciated!!

Is it E?

You need slope of line K and M to check if they are perpendicular.

Using (1) you can find the slope of line K but we don't know slope of
line M. So, insufficient.

Using (2), again you don't know the slope of line M

Using (1) and (2), no info on line M. Hence insufficient
