Total 570 (Q44 V25) Bombed Score

Totally bombed it today, especially my verbal. Worst verbal score I've gotten since the first practice test before any prep. I know some of my flaws (reviewing new things the morning of made me second guess myself, and I think I lacked the endurance).
Any suggestions on how to improve the verbal section? I plan to retake it in a month and I know I can score over 650, but any suggestions would be great. My plan so far is to just make sure I have my strategy down pat, and to build my endurance since I practiced without the AWA and IR everytime.

You should practise writing simulation tests at least two weeks before the exam (doing one test per two days) so that you would build up the necessary stamina to be able to endure 3 and a half hours of the real GMAT.
